1 (8oz) box corn muffin mix (any brand)
1 (7 ˝ oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (7 ˝ oz) can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, beaten
˝ cup melted unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 350°.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Bake for 35 min. Option- sprinkle grated Swiss cheese on top and bake 10 more minutes. Test with a toothpick. Serve warm.
