2 cups of canned grated celery root drained
cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. (or less) grainy Dijon mustard
Ground Pepper
Finely chopped celery
Chopped parsley, capers, pickle juice
(1 cup dressing for 2 cups drained celery root)
