1 (12½ oz) can tuna, drained
1½ to 2 jalapeno chilies, seeded and stemmed
1 (1in.) piece green onion (green part only)
1 (1in.) piece celery
¼ to ½ cup mayonnaise
salt, pepper
3 to 4 leaves cilantro, chopped (use more) (about 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Blend tuna, jalapenos, green onion, and celery in food processor or blender (do not puree). Blend in mayonnaise and salt & pepper to taste. Blend to desired consistency. Sprinkle with cilantro.
