2 cups sugar 1 cup evaporated milk 1/2 stick of margarine 1 tsp vanilla extract 21/2 cups of pecans
Combine sugar,milk,margarine in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add pecans and vanilla. Beat until creamy or until it will hold its shape when dropped by tablespoons into lightly buttered wax paper or foil.
