1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 T. oil
1 tsp. food coloring
1/4 tsp. mint flavoring (or your favorite flavoring), optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until mixture forms a ball, about 2-4 minutes. Or, microwave mixture on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Let cool. Play Dough will keep about 4-8 weeks in a sealed container. Does not need to be refrigerated. Note: Adding flavoring masks the salty smell of the play dough, but can tempt little ones to eat it, so be careful!
