10 small dark figs, cut a small X on top, not slicing through
10 walnut halves or pieces
10 T. honey, (preferable white truffle honey)
Brie- cut into 10 bite sized chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange prepped figs on a baking sheet about 2” apart. (Spray sheet with Pam or line with non-stick foil). Tuck 1 piece of brie into each and top with a walnut half. Drizzle each with honey and place in a pre-heated oven of 375°. Bake about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving tray and drizzle with any honey/juice that has collected on the tray.

Variations: Sprinkle with cracked pepper & coarse salt or fresh herbs.
