2 butterflied pork chops
salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Jack Daniels
1/3 C butter
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 C mushrooms, quartered
1/2 C onions, diced
1/2 C sour cream
2 tbsp dijon mustard

Salt and pepper pork chops to taste. Lightly brown pork chops over medium-low heat in 1 tbsp of butter. Add Jack Daniels and swirl it around in the pan with the pork chops until it becomes thick and syrupy. Add parsley, basil, 1/3 C butter, onions, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 20-30 min. until pork chops are cooked through. Reduce heat to low, and add sour cream, then mix thoroughly. Add dijon mustard, and mix again. Once everything is hot, it is ready to serve!
