1 24 oz. pkg. of Ore-ida hash brown patties
1 onion chopped
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
grated cheese (as much or as little as you like)
Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hash browns in microwave 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients,add melted butter. Bake at 350º for
30 min.Stir and cook additional 15-20 min.
