3 docenas de conchitas
2 cucharadas de vinagre blanco
1 ½ cucharadita de aceite de ajonjolí
3 cucharadas de sillao
2 cucharadas de miel de chancaca
2 cucharadas de vinagre balsámico reducido
3 cucharadas de culantro picado finamente
½ cucharadita de ají limo picado sin venas ni semillas
jugo de dos limones

En ollita echar el vinagre blanco, aceite de ajonjolí, sillao y miel. Poner al fuego por unos cinco minutos hasta que se haga miel.

Echar sobre las conchitas y llevar al refrigerador por diez minutos a marinar. Luego meterlas al horno de 400º F por 8 minutos.

Colocar las conchitas en una fuente y verter el vinagre balsámico reducido. Echarle encima el culantro, ají limo y jugo de limón. Servir.
