4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1-2 Tbsp. garlic
1-2 Tbsp. basil, (fresh 1/3c. basil chopped finely)
1 onion, chopped
1 box of bow tie pasta
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
3/4 c. Parmesan
1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2-3 quart pan melt butter on med. to high heat, add onions, garlic, and basil. Cook 1 min. then add chicken. In another pan cook pasta according to directions. Chicken should be nice and brown. Remove chicken and dice. Add one can of diced tomatoes, salt and pepper, and add sugar to taste. Once boiling, turn down burner to low and add pasta, chicken, and Parmesan. Mix well.
