1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon allspice
1 teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 bottle (12 ounces) Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle (24 ounces) tomato ketchup
1 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup (1 stick) stick butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 quart apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well in 1 cup vinegar. Add remaining vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
