"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 bottle Champange 1/2 Gallon orange Juice Strawberries
Fill a champange or wineglass half full with orange juice, then add champagne to almost full. Garnish with a strawberry (partially cut from bottom half way to stem).
Note: Make sure champange and juice are really chilled. If you want to really make it cold add a frozen Dole Strawberry Bar, you will not fill the glass but about 2/3 full of champange and juice. Also you don't have to garnish with a strawberry.
