6 croissants
8 oz cream cheese
4 T butter
3/4 C maple syrup
2 C half & half
10 eggs
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut croissants into bite size pieces and put in buttered 8 1/2 x 11 pan. Mix cream cheese, butter, and 1/4 C syrup spread over croissants. Beat eggs, half & half, and remaining syrup pour over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in fridge over night. Bake 350º for 45 mins to an hour. Combine 1/2 cube butter 1 C syrup warm to eat over soufflé.
