Dip chicken pieces in melted butter. Dredge in cornflake crumbs. Place pieces on jelly roll pan and season well with salt and pepper. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken pieces if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hr. or until done and nicely browned.
