2 c. water Milk 1 c. rice 2 T. butter 1 t. salt 1.2 c. sugar
Boil water and add rice and salt. Boil til liquid is absorbed (15 min.) Fill kettle with milk and simmer for 45 min. or until liquid is absorbed. Rice should be thick. Add butter and sugar. Serve hot or cold with cinnamon and sugar.
