4 c. diced cooked chicken/turkey
2/3 c. toasted almonds
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 t. salt
4 T. lemon juice
1/2 can cream of chicken soup


Topping:

1 c. stuffing mix or croutons

1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

4 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
To toast almonds, spread evenly on cookie sheet and toast in hot oven (400º) for 3-5 min.
Mix all ingredients lightly and put in 9 x 9 baking dish.
Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of chicken salad. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
