1 lb. ground beef or turkey 1 T. (or less) chili powder 1/2 T. oil 2 t. salt 1/2 - 2/3 onion 1 16 oz. can tomatoes 1/2 green pepper 1 can tomato soup 2 celery ribs 1 small can tomato juice 1 t. garlic powder 1 can chili beans 1 t. black pepper 1 t. worcestershire sauce
Brown meat in large stock pan. Saute vegetables separately until tender. Add all ingredients to stock pan. Simmer at least 1 hr. until flavors mingle and mixture thickens.
