3 cups flour
2-1/4 cups of sugar divided
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange juice
2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
4 medium baking apples, pealed and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mix eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, toss apples with cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread 1/3 of batter into greased bundt pan. Top with 1/2 of the apples. Repeat layers. Carefully spread remaining batter over apples. Bake at 350 for one hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
