1 Filete de lenguado
sal y pimienta,
un poco de dill
un poco de hierbas finas
10 ó 12 alcaparras (o más se se desea)
jugo de 1 limón
un chorro de vino blanco
trocitos de mantequilla

Directions:
Directions:
Limpiar y secar el filete de pescado; sazonarlo con sal y pimienta. Colocarlo sobre un trozo de papel aluminio de unos 30 cm. X 40 cm. previamente enmantequillado. Poner encima las alcaparras, el dill, las hierbas finas, el jugo de limón, el chorro de vino y trocitos de mantequilla. Cerrar la platina por el medio y por los costados para que el vino no se salga.

Poner al horno a 350°F por unos 10 a 15 minutos. También se puede poner sobre la parrilla.
