1 8oz can artichoke hearts
2 cloves garlic
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups (1 8oz bag) Mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mince the garlic as fine as possible, and coarsely chop the artichoke hearts.
Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper together in the bottom of a medium sized oven-safe pan. Mix-in the artichoke hearts, and fold in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Wipe the sides of the pan clean, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the top is brown and bubbly. Serve with your favorite cracker or toasted bread crisp.
