3 c. chicken broth
2 c. diced peeled potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
11/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. diced cooked chicken (3 breasts)
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup

In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Reduce heat and add next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer until veggies are tender. In a separate pan melt butter. Add flour and mix well with
whisk. Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened over low heat, stirring lots. Stir in cheese and cook until melted. Add to broth mixture, along with cream of chicken soup and chicken.
