3 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c plus 1 tbsp sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1-1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c butter or margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, 3/4 c sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on med. speed until well blended.
Add eggs; mix until well blended.
Mix crumbs, butter and 3 tbsp sugar; press into 13X9 pain.
Pour batter over crumbs/crust.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
