1 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups oat bran 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon allspice 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature 1/3 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/3 cup molasses 1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients and set aside.
Beat butter and sugar in mixer until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, and molasses. Slowly add dry ingredients, mixing until blended well. Fold in raisins. Spoon into sprayed muffin tins. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
