8 large hard-boiled eggs
1/4 C minced green onions
1/4 C crushed pecans
1/4 C currants (can use currant jelly)
1 T cracked black pepper
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 T curry powder
1 T mango chutney (can use mango dressing)
salt to taste
1 container grape tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop eggs and mix with onions, pecans, and black pepper. Mix the mayonnaise separately with the curry powder, mango dressing, and current jelly. Stir into the egg mixture and chill. Stir in halved grape tomatoes or serve on sliced tomatoes.
