1 9" chocolate piecrust

1 1/2 C. WHIPPING CREAM
2 t. VANILLA
1/3 C. POWDERED SUGAR
12 OZ. SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Directions:
Directions:
Place choc. chips in a glass bowl with half of the whipping cream and microwave at 1 minute intervals until choc. melts and mixture is smooth. COOL
Meanwhile, beat remainder of whipping cream until soft peaks form; add vanilla and powdered sugar and continue beating,
Slowly add cooled choc. mixture and mix well.
Place in piecrust and refrig. several hours before serving.
