1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 bags Reeses Peanut Butter Cups (48)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease small muffin pans.

Cream butter, peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Beat well. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Press into small muffin pans which have been greased. Bake for 12 minutes.

While baking, unwrap the peanut butter cups. Remove pans from oven and press 1 peanut butter cup into each hot cookie. Let cool in pan before removing. Yield is 48 cookies.
