2 beaten eggs
1 cup flour
Dash of salt
Milk
1 teaspoon Crisco

Must have a black iron skillet!

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add 1 cup flour and dash of salt. Add milk until it runs like eggnog. Mixture must be very thin so that it curls immediately upon hitting the hot Crisco in the black iron skillet. Make sure that Crisco is very hot before adding the mixture. Slowly add a small ladle-full of mixture to the hot skillet. Batter will curl around the edges.
