Basic Crepe Recipe:
1 1/4 c. flour
2 T. sugar
pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon extract

Sausage links and raspberry jam.

Directions:
Directions:
Blend or mix all ingredients for crepe's well. Heat a lightly greased 6 or 7 inch pan or a crepe maker pan if you have one. Spoon in about 2 T. batter if using pan or dip crepe pan in batter if using that one. If using a 6 or 7 inch pan tilt pan to spread batter on bottom of pan. Cook on one side till lightly brown about 1 min. or until light comes on crepe pan, and dump out on plate. Cook sausage links until done. Spread Raspberry jam on bottom of crepe and place 2 or 3 links inside crepe and roll up and enjoy.
