Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
1/2 C sugar

butter or spray Pam

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Preheat a non-stick skillet until hot. Either melt a small amount of butter in the skillet or spray with Pam (tastes better with butter). Pour enough batter into skillet to cover the bottom. When the edges of the pancake start to dry, its time to flip. The second side cooks quickly, also burns quickly. Remove with spatula and serve with syrup and rolled up.

Cut this recipe in 1/2 for 2 people.
