6 squares baker's bitter (unsweetened) chocolate
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 c cream
3/4 c corn syrup
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
8 oz dark chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all ingredients and have them ready before strting the recipe. Put the butter, baker's chocolate, and corn syrup in a medium sauce pan, place on low heat and melt, stirring constantly. Add the sugar and stir in. Slowly add the cream. Keep stirring all the time. Now slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk, stir constantly. Allow to come to a full rolling boil Boil for one (1) minute. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate that has been cut into small pieces. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is creamy smooth. Allow to cool some before serving.
