2 or 3 c. flour
2 eggs

Filling:

2 c. dry cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, diced fine
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dough:
Use enough water to make a medium stiff dough. Work well with your hands until smooth. Roll out and cut into squares.

Filling:

Mix cottage cheese, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper together. Put 1 tsp. of the cheese mixture on each square of dough, fold over one side and pinch shut. Add 1 tsp. salt to boiling water and boil Knipfla for 10-15 minutes. Drain and they are ready to eat or you may fry them in a pan with a little oil.
