2 cups oatmeal
2 cups all bran
2 cups shredded wheat
2 cups hot water
3 cups sugar
1 heaping cup Crisco
4 eggs
3 tsp soda
5 cups flour
1 qt buttermilk
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together and let stand until cool. Then add eggs, soda, flour, buttermilk and salt. Mix and put in covered container in refrigerator. Will keep 3 months. Bake 400 to 425 for 20 minutes.
