Mix together first seven ingredients (hands or big spoon work best). Press 2/3 mixture into a 9 x 13" pan. Combine filling ingredients in saucepan. Heat to dissolve. Spread over bottom mixture. Spread remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes.
