1 lb ground beef or pork sausage, browned
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. parsley flakes,
1 T. basil
2 tsp. salt
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 No.2 can tomatoes
1 10-oz package lasagna noodles
2 12-oz cartons large curd cream style cottage cheese.
2 eggs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 T parsley
1/2 cup grate Parmesan cheese
1 pound thin sliced mozzarella or American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer, uncovered, until thick: ground beef, garlic, 1 T. parsley flakes, 1T. basil, 2 tsp. salt, tomato paste and canned tomatoes about 1 hour stirring occasionally.

Cook lasagna noodles in boiling, salted water until tender, drain, rinse in cold water

In a bowl combine cottage cheese, eggs, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 T. parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Place half the noodles in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spread with half the cottage cheese mixture, add half the American cheese and half the meat mixture. Repeat layers. Bake in 375 for 30 minutes.
