potatoes ¼ c. margarine Ranch/Buttermilk Dressing or Lipton Onion Soup mix.
Peal or wash well enough small potatoes for your family. Cut into quarters. Melt margarine. Coat potatoes in margarine and then sprinkle with powdered Ranch/Buttermilk Dressing or Lipton Onion Soup mix. Place in large shallow baking dish which has been covered with foil. Bake 375° for 1 hour.
