c. margarine
Ranch/Buttermilk Dressing or Lipton Onion Soup mix.

Directions:
Directions:
Peal or wash well enough small potatoes for your family. Cut into quarters. Melt margarine. Coat potatoes in margarine and then sprinkle with powdered Ranch/Buttermilk Dressing or Lipton Onion Soup mix. Place in large shallow baking dish which has been covered with foil. Bake 375 for 1 hour.
