2 - 3 lb. chicken
c. olive oil
2 c. cornflakes or potato chips
tsp. garlic salt
dash pepper
other seasonings if desired (paprika, chili powder, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken, removing the skin. Combine crushed cornflakes or potato chips with spices. Rub chicken with olive oil. Roll in chip/cornflake mixture. Place on shallow baking pan covered with foil with pieces not touching. Bake 375 for 1 hour or until done.
