2 ½ - 3 lb. chicken ¼ c. olive oil 2 c. cornflakes or potato chips ¼ tsp. garlic salt dash pepper other seasonings if desired (paprika, chili powder, etc)
Cut up chicken, removing the skin. Combine crushed cornflakes or potato chips with spices. Rub chicken with olive oil. Roll in chip/cornflake mixture. Place on shallow baking pan covered with foil with pieces not touching. Bake 375° for 1 hour or until done.
