1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 sm zucchini 1/4 in slices
1 sm. summer squash cut same
1 med. red sweet pepper, cut in strips and halved
1/4 c. sliced pitted olives
1 tsp dry italian seasoning
1/8 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat laarge skillet or wok over high heat and add oil, all squash and red pepper strips. Cook and stir 3-4 min or until vegies are nearly crisp-tender. Add olives, italian seasoning and garlic salt, cook and stir 1 more min.
