1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 powdered sugar

Bring to boil first four ingredients, add vanilla and let cool. Add 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
