14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
3 oz. package lime jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 drops green food coloring
2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs(8 1/2oz.)
1/2 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk. Dissolve jello in hot water, then chill until partly congealed. Whip until fluffy. Stir in rest of the wet ingredients.
Whip milk until light and fluffy. Fold into Jello.
Combine wafer crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of 9X13 pan, reserve 1/2 c. to sprinkle on the top of the jello. Pour the whipped jello into the 9X 13 pan, chill and serve.
