1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 beaten egg yolks 2 (11oz.) can mandarin orange 1 (13oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (8oz.) cool whip 1 3/4 c.pineapple juice 2 T. flour 1 3/4 c. Acini de pepe pasta
Add pasta to boiling water.Blanche to cool. Mix pineapple juice, water,sugar, flour, salt, and eggs; boil until thick. Add to pasta and set overnight. When ready to serve add oranges, pineapple, and cool whip.
This makes a huge batch. I usually fix when I have company.
