1 (9oz) pkg frozen spinach
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 jalepeno chiles, minced
4 (8") tortillas
Roasted red pepper (from 7.25oz jar), cut into 4 (8") strips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spinach as directed on pkg. Place in collander; rinse with cold water to cool. Squeeze spinach to remove water.
2. In food processor, combine cream cheese and chiles; process until smooth. Add spinach; process until well blended.
3. Spread 1/4 of spinach mixture over tortilla. Place strips of roasted pepper across middle of tortilla.
4. Roll tortilla making sure it is tightly rolled. Wrap in plastic wrap, refridgerate at least 1 hr before serving. Cut each roll into 8 slices.
