8 large eggs
Few stems fresh parsley, chopped
Wheel Brie cheese, finely cubed
Heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of a 3 inch ramekin with parsley; add Brie cheese to cover bottom. Break egg into ramekin and spoon heavy cream over egg. Repeat with 7 other ramekins. Place ramekins in baking pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
