3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 c. water

Directions:
Put the first 5 ingredients into mixing bowl; blend. Make a hole in center and add remaining 4 ingredients; mix well, Bake at 350º for about 30 min. Done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
