2 cans tuna
3 stalks celery
2 onions
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1-12 oz bag frozen peas/carrots
1 lg. bag of egg noodles
2 c. toasted breadcrumbs
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions and celery. Place in med. sized pot and add soup, tuna, and peas and carrots. Cook and stir steadily until bubbly and remove from heat. Cook and drain noodles according to directions. Mix noodles with soup sauce and put into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
