6 skinless-boneless chicken breast 6 slices swiss cheese 6 slices ham 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (mixed with 1 can of milk)
Pound chicken breast flat, place 1 slice ham, and 1 slice cheese on each. Roll up and place a toothpick into it to hold in place. Place in crock-pot mix mushroom soup with milk and pour over chicken. Cook on med. heat for 8 to 10 hours.
