8 - 6 ounce Halibut filets
½ cup cashews
3 slices thick cut sourdough bread
1 cup honey
1 cup Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor quickly chop cashews and sourdough bread, set aside. In a mixing bowl, whip together honey and Dijon mustard.

Light coat the tops of each halibut filet with the honey Dijon mixture. Lightly coat and pack down firmly cashew bread crumbs on top of each halibut filet.

Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until crust is a golden brown and halibut is flaky to the touch.
