2 lb ground beef, browned with onion, well drained after browning to get the extra oil out
6 large flour tortillas
2 pkg taco seasoning
salsa
shredded Mexican mix cheese

Directions:
Directions:
spray a 9x13 casserole dish with Pam then put enough of the tortillas on the bottom to cover it. Cut the tortillas (with kitchen shears to fit). Then layer with the meat mixture, salsa then cheese and layer finishing up with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned and bubbly.
You may serve with shredded lettuce, black and/or green olives, salsa, cheese, tortilla chips and ice cream for dessert.
