1 lb. lean ground beef 3 C. frozen seasoned chunky-style hash brown potatoes 3 C frozen cut green beans 1 C. bell pepper and onion stir fry 1 C. barbeque sauce 1/2 C. water
Brown and drain beef. Add potatoes, green beans and bell pepper and onion stir fry, mix well, reduce to medium, cover and cook 8-12 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add barbecue sauce and water, mix well, cover and simmer 3-5 minutes.
