1/3 c plain yogurt
2 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c finely chopped cooked chicken
1/4 c diced fresh mango
2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 pkg frozen mini fillo shells

Directions:

1. In bowl, mix yogurt, chutney, curry powder and salt. Stir in chicken, mango, onion and chopped mint. Cover; refridgerate 30 min.
2. Spoon chicken mixture into each fillio shell. Top w/mint sprig.
