1 pkg - 14 oz - kraft deluxe macaroni & cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1pkg 1-1/4 oz taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded chedder cheese, divided
1 cup salsa

Directions:
Prepare mac & cheese basic directions.
brown meat, drain, add taco seasoning, 3/4 cup water to meat and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir sour cream into mac & cheese. Spoon 1/2 of mac & cheese into 8 inch square pan. top with layers of the meat mixture, 1 cup of the cheese and remaining mac & cheese. Cover
Bake at 400 for 15 mnutes. top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup cheese, bake uncovered for add'l 5 minutes.
